Donations made to Drops Trust are voluntary. All donations received are used only for trust activities, social welfare programs, blood donation initiatives, emergency support, and necessary operational expenses.
If a donation is made by mistake, the donor may request a refund within 8 hours of the transaction by contacting us with valid payment details. Refund requests made after 8 hours will not be accepted.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Drops Trust does not collect, store, or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details.
Drops Trust does not guarantee any specific benefit, service, or outcome in return for any donation made.
Only individuals who are 18 years of age or above are permitted to register as volunteers through our website.
Volunteer information is collected and used only for organizing, managing, and communicating about Drops Trust volunteer programs, blood donation camps, and other social service activities.
If any individual has enrolled as a volunteer by mistake, or if incorrect personal or contact details have been provided, they may contact the trust administration to request removal or correction of their volunteer information.
